PR-y” is a project led by creative director Yoshiaki Kasatani. Together with the art center and welfare facility “Yamanami Kobo” in Shiga Prefecture, the concept word “DISTORTION” is used to convey the appeal of Japanese outsider art to people in Japan and the rest of the world. As DISTORTION marks its 11th year (10+ONE) since its establishment, KYOTOGRAPHIE will introduce its past activities at the “DISTORTION ONE” exhibition and hold a dialogue to reflect on the past ten years.
