Join us to explore the exhibition and its significance historically for female photographers. We delve into the unique challenges and expanding opportunities female photographers face in the industry through a diverse perspective of two women who are deeply connected and engaged with the situation: Lucille, a French photographer and KYOTOGRAPHIE co-founder based in Japan and Mariko who is a Japanese photography critic, an independent curator and associate professor of Kyoto University of Art and Design. The Festival co-founder and co-curator of the exhibition, Yusuke Nakanishi, moderates this discussion.
